• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus offers. The required wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each individual promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes abuse and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your cash balance. Cash balance bets are placed first unless stated otherwise.
• 999p reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to active accounts where wagering is in progress.

If 999p identifies that a player has attempted to exploit a bonus offer — through low-risk wagering patterns, hedging strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — 999p reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and take further action on the account.

999p offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports, and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

General Betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip. 999p does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where a clear platform error has occurred.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds accepted at the moment of confirmation are binding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• 999p reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any individual bet or accumulator. This limit will be visible before you confirm your stake.

Cricket and PSL Specific Rules:

• For PSL and international cricket matches, bets on matches that are abandoned before a result can be determined by the DLS method will be voided and stakes returned, unless a specific result market is settled by the governing body's official ruling.
• Player performance markets (runs scored, wickets taken, etc.) are settled based on official scorecards. Revised targets under DLS do not affect player performance markets unless stated otherwise.
• Outright tournament markets — such as PSL Winner or T20 World Cup Winner — are settled on the official result at the end of the tournament. Walkovers and forfeits count as results unless stated otherwise.

Errors and Disputes:

• In the case of an obvious pricing error, 999p reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from clear pricing errors will not be honoured.
• Settlement disputes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

The 999p casino section includes slots, live dealer games, and table games provided by third-party software suppliers. The following rules apply to casino and slot play.

• All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 999p does not influence game outcomes.
• Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is set by the game provider. RTP values represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection or software error — the round in progress will be voided if the outcome cannot be confirmed. Stakes for voided rounds will be returned to your balance.
• Live casino games are streamed from third-party studios. 999p is not responsible for disruptions caused by the provider's infrastructure, though affected rounds will be resolved fairly.
